L'Antico Pasticcione make typical pastries, biscuits and cakes of Castel Madama.
The recipes have been picked from the housewives and from grandmothers of Castrum. Gaetano, Ornella and CaterinaThe are the soul of L'Antico Pasticcione. Gaetano is a manager, Caterina is a 80 year-old woman that has taught Ornella, sister of Gaetano, the recipes of the biscuits and the secret of the oven cooking.

The Oven

All the biscuits are made by hands. The oven that they use like a big oven of house.
All the ingredients: flour, sugar and eggs are Italian. The dried fruit and nuts are from Viterbo, Italy.

The shop is open from 8.30 to 13.00 and from 16.30 to 20.00 (17.00 in summer)
Weekly Rest: Thursday afternoon and Sunday afternoon.
