Madama Salumi is a small organic high quality pork production farm.More than 100 years, family Todini has always maintained pork-breeding aiming to the quality of the products rather than to the quantity. Loreta and Domenico manage the farm with great attention to the genuineness of the products, to the livestock highest pedigree and the livestock feedstuff. Da Loreta and Domenico, using the recipes and the traditional method, produce sausages, hams, whole roasted pig and other specialties of guaranteed quality and the unforgettable taste products. |

| Madama Salumi rears three breeds of pig: "durak", "large white", "landrace". The feedstuff originates from biological agriculture, without useing of medicines and chemical substances. The feedstuff composed by: corn, barley, soy, crusca (discard of the wheat) is purchased like a whole grain and than mill in the farm. | ||||
