Regulations Country House - Villa
The Villa or Country House is private house outside of the city with the garden, vineyard, olive groves. Villa can be composed by several separate apartments. Every apartment have at least one bedroom, one bathroom and one kitchen. The prices are comprehensive of the use of the kitchen, bed linen and clean rooms before arrival. There will be a cleaning service every seven days thereafter including change of bed linen and towels. Breakfast is not included.
Booking and Payment
The amount of the stay is paid in two installments: 25% at the booking, with credit card or bank transfer; and the rest to be paid to the owner of the lodging at check-in. In case of cancellation of the booking the 25% is not returned back. The client who wishes to cancel his booking is required to advise the owner of the lodging as soon as possible.
Damages
Any damages caused by the client within the lodging must be settled to the owner by the client.
